We Take Your Complaints Seriously
The team at Tri-County Electric, its management and Board of Directors make every effort to handle complaints brought by members in a fair and impartial way. Tri-County Electric is one of the 154 local power companies regulated by The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). It is TVA that also provides regulatory oversight for the rates and service practices of Tri-County Electric.
Should the Tri-County Electric team be unable to resolve a complaint to the satisfaction of a member, the dispute is escalated for assistance to the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) complaint resolution staff. Once the member decides that the Tri-County Electric Team is unable to resolve the complaint, members have three ways to seek assistance from the TVA Complaint Resolution Process:
